For the past seven years, our Advisory Team has been committed to equipping and empowering our Global Youth Ambassadors to become confident, competent, and values-driven leaders. Through mentoring, coaching, and training in leadership and public speaking, they have enabled young people to develop respected voices that champion inclusion, collaboration, and positive global change.

Importantly, there is no cost to schools or the students themselves for participation in Globally Empowered; we believe this is a foundational principle.

As a team, they are immensely proud to have successfully transitioned the leadership of the platform to the young people themselves in January 2026. This milestone reflects years of intentional investment in developing youth who are capable of leading with excellence, integrity and purpose.

Today, the Advisory Team continues to serve in a supportive capacity, providing guidance, encouragement, and expertise whenever the youth leaders seek advice, while allowing them the autonomy to shape and lead the platform's future.
