Let's build a bigger table...

Leadership isn't about waiting for a seat at the table it’s about building a bigger table so that every young voice can finally be heard, valued, and represented.
My journey into advocacy started from a simple belief: young people possess a unique power to shape their communities, challenge the status quo, and drive real change right now. Whether standing up to speak at the provincial parliament or connecting with passionate change-makers globally, the ultimate goal has always been to inspire others to recognise their own agency and step into leadership without hesitation.
As a reminder that "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader," every step forward is about collective growth. We are reminded by the truth that "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." And while some say that "Youth would be an ideal state if it came a little later in life," I believe our power is at its absolute peak right now.
I am deeply humbled and honoured to take on the role of Global Ambassador with Globally Empowered's Youth Council. A massive thank you to the entire leadership team for this incredible recognition and for championing youth voices worldwide.
